One of Canada’s largest banks and global financial services companies, RBC is also an industry leader for digital innovation. BlueSky collaborates with RBC on a wide variety of projects across various business lines and our integrated approach blends internal communications and PR with digital marketing and a mix of content design, video production, influencer campaigns, social media and branded events.
The Ask
Conceptualize and execute RBC Avion’s 2019 ‘Always On’ travel influencer program to deliver diverse content across RBC and influencer social media channels and RBC owned platforms, with the objective of generating top of funnel mass awareness and showcasing card benefits.
The Result
A mix of content creators, each with national presence and a unique lens on travel were engaged to create content for this in-depth program, leveraged by a paid strategy. With careful planning and hands-on management, our winning formula resulted in well-produced, authentic, on-brand content that resonated with target audiences, delivering high impact and cost-effective results. Organic performance across all creators exceeded industry and RBC benchmarks, with an average engagement rate by impressions (ERI) of 9.3%.
