TikTok launched a new Creative Agency Partnerships (CAP) University program — a virtual educational program designed to help creative agencies maximize their efforts on the platform. This five-week custom learning program will let people choose which courses they wish to take, set their curriculum and attend office hours sessions with TikTok’s team — without the midterms or tuition.
In our blog on Our Top 3 Learnings from TikTok, we discuss how TikTok has taken over the social scene and how we have developed a number of creative, impactful, and successful TikTok programs in 2021. Courses like CAP University help us further develop everything we know to create a TikTok strategy that works best for your business.
The courses will be hosted as live webinar sessions and will begin on April 19, so agencies have the benefit of learning from anywhere. Classes in the first semester will focus on a variety of topics starting with foundational statistics and data, leading into concepting and creating for the platform, trends and music licensing. The final session is designed to help creative agencies dive deeper into the TikTok Creator Marketplace, the official collaboration platform to connect brands and creators on TikTok.
“The goal of CAP University is to inspire next-level creative content on the world’s fastest-growing entertainment platform,” a TikTok spokesperson said in a blog post about the announcement. “After completing the program, enrollees will be able to lead conversations with their clients, concept and create for the platform, and continue driving their clients’ business forward. Most importantly, enrollees will have a newfound understanding of the creative possibilities on and off the platform.”
Interested creative agencies and freelancers can register at TikTok CAP University, and the link will be open until space is filled.
